Here am taking power editor for the discussion. Let’s see how it is done?

How to work with Ad Sets in Power Editor?

Power Editor is the plugin that helps you to manage a large number of or multiple creative campaigns. Using Power Editor you can create, manage, edit, and optimize campaigns, ads, and Page posts in a bulk, in a large number of ad accounts.

If you are going to use Power Editor, you can log into the Ads Manager and click on the Power Editor.

Now, download the latest changes needed for the Power Editor.

Next, choose the campaign that you willing to work with and then click on the Apply option.

You can now navigate to the Ad Sets menu and click on the Create Ad Set.

Give a name for your new ad set and click on the Create option.

If you have created your desired ad set, you can also edit it so that you can access the options of the flex targeting. If you use Power Editor, select the ad set you want to edit and click on the Edit option.

Now you’re done with the ad set and you can now use the flex targeting options.

Add Flex Targeting Your Audience

After you edit the desired ad set, you can also scroll down to edit your audience.

In the Detailed Targeting section, you can select the behaviors, interests, or demographics you are willing to target.

For example, if you want to sell high-quality Italian food, you need to target the audience whose behavior shows that they’ll buy food of premium quality. Under the section of Detailed Targeting, you can select the Italian Food and Italy as your interests.

However, you need to keep in mind that not all the people who are buying premium food will like Italian food, so you have to narrow the audience. You can do it by clicking on the option, Narrow Audience.

Select within the interests, an additional targeting method you already selected and save the changes.

Now you can only find a highly tailored audience that you want to see your Facebook ad.
